Description
The workplace can impact positively or negatively on people's mental health. This module focuses on identifying and managing risks to mental health in the workplace, such as work-related stress.

SafeWork Australia defines work-related stress as the physical, mental and emotional reactions of workers who feel that the demands of their work demands exceed their abilities and/or their resources (such as time, help/support) to complete the work.

You'll learn:
- common sources of work-related stress
- actions to manage work-related stress
- the different roles and responsibilities of people in the workplace.
